They had the best warranty, fastest response time and the work they performed was above my expectations! The estimator Chris did a great job of explaining my furnace options. The technicians they sent Victor and Jack were amazing. Why amazing .. they brought my gas line out with two shut off valves, they replaced my condensation line, they noticed my combustion intake line from my water heater was hanging from the ceiling and they fixed it. Non of this was on their scope of work and i was not charged for it. They just paid attention to detail !

We’d been having issues with our AC not working properly for some time. We called and they were able to send Chad out right away to inspect the system, even though it was the middle of a busy and hot summer season.

He inspected our system thoroughly and unfortunately found that not only did the most expensive part of the AC need to be replaced (the compressor), but our furnace was cracked and needed to be replaced as well.

Just a note to other reviewers who complain about the company turning off their furnace when the system is compromised: this is a state law. All HVAC companies are required to do this because if they don’t, they become liable in the event you experience carbon monoxide poisoning. Chad explained this to us.

He gave us the option of just replacing the compressor in the AC and the heat exchanger in the furnace but we broke down the cost together and found it more prudent to fully replace both systems. We didn’t want new parts running in an already very old furnace and AC unit. He showed us photos of the inside of the system which was indeed cracked and leaking.

As soon as we were approved for financing, they came out and spent the next day installing both systems. It was definitely pricey, but they offered us 0% interest for 5 years. We looked and the price was comparable to other businesses in the area. The two technicians working were very friendly and explained every step of the process. Whenever I had questions about financing, installation or anything, the main office was polite and helpful. Bonus: they’re a family-owned business.
